i spoke with shaggy's family a few times yesterday and today and here is his update:

he was released from atalope valley hospital at midnight sunday and his family brought him home and he slept. he was told he had a broken humorus (sp?) and he had been knocked out for a bit after the crash. his shoulder is twice its normal size. his parents brought him to urgent care monday just to get him rechecked and they found he also had a partially collapsed lung and his shoulder and break was worse than previously stated. so he is now checked into the hospital here in SD for a few days. his lung has been fixed and he was given a catscan to check for any head or neck injuries and his shoulder is being further examined. i was told he had a very good night there last night and will fully heal from everything, just needs rest and time. he is worried about dustins wellbeing and keeps asking so i will let them know how dustin is doing.

well catscans on the head and neck came back negative which is good so there are no problems there but there are two small fractures in the upper humerus at the shoulder besides the main fracture that he knew about before, so they are going to have to wait what the doctor says and hope it doesnt need surgury. visited today and he was doin alright, just a bit drugged up and his shoulder was hurtin. he says thanks to everyone for all the good wishes :thumbup
