Who is racing in 2008?

I will start off...

Pretty sure I am retiring

as money is tight...
On the bright side I still hold onto the idea someone will sponsor me financially to enusre I can at least race through 08 and maybe even on and on. This road race deal is super fun and challenging and I love it.

I have all I need except some tires, gas, and entries... We are almost ready to roll... Pm me with any ideas...

So now game on.. What are your plans!!!

Rumor has it Pablo is is gearing up for a Wera assault. Should be cool!!

You'll probably catch me at a couple WERA rounds, but just like you, my funds are tight.

I'm in the same boat. I'm gonna try to do the full season with WERA (although I already missed one round) but it depends on my funds. I also want to race at WSMC on a monthly basis. First I need to get my bike ready though, it still needs tons of $$$$ on it.

I'm racing a 2007 Triumph Daytona with WSMC this year. I'll be racing for several months at least in the 651cc-Open Novice group.

I just had my first novice race this past weekend, and intend on completing the full season in order to get more skilled.

I got some help from Leo Vince USA in the form of a discounted full exhaust system. I also got some help from Panolin Lubricants... They are providing some deeply discounted oil, chain lube and the like. Southern California Triumph also agreed to provide discounts on race parts where they can.

Beyond that, I pay for my own gas, tires and entry fees... which is going to be really pricey. I'm gonna sell my 2002 BMW K1200RS to help pay for part of the season.

I start with WERA in April, Novice class. Probably won't have a competitive bike until May.

^^^^ Competitive???? Heck, with my 675 I have to race liter bikes in the novice group..I'm down 50 horsepower on most of my competition
