They are a great shop if you get to know them. just remember- lowest price doesn't always mean best deal.

My buddy bought a Thruxton from them and brought it there for the 12K service. They quoted him $750 and didn't even tell him how long. Dropped it off...he didn't hear anything for 3 days...so he called, they said they would know sat. He calls sat. they said they haven't touched it yet, would be another week, and another $200. He called many other triumph dealers and they all quoted $750 and done in a few days. Needless to say he picked up his bike and brought it somewhere else.
I would say that is crappy service. And that is for a customer that BOUGHT his bike there.
You shouldn't have to "really know the guys" for it to be a good shop. My first experience is what should be the best...not later down the road as I get to know them...
