| Newbie |  Help! Urgent Kawi Question! Hey all, this is fairly urgent. I have the opportunity to buy a 05 front end from a 636 the only problem is my bike is a 03... Now I have read conflicting reports (mission yama/kawi could'nt even answer the question). Would it be possible to put this front end on my 03? This is going to be the whole shebang, no mix mashing I want to know if it will go on with no problems. Please if anyone in the know can reply I would greatly appreciate it the guy has a bunch of other offers and is just holding out for me luckely because he is a buddy. |

| Squid | Back in the day they said a gixxer front end couldn't be put on an SV... Anywho, the '05 may not be a direct bolt in, but i'm sure it won't be too hard to make it fit. I'll check the ID of the head stem, if you can find out what the diameter of the triple clamp bearings are we can get a better idea.
