The 636 is running again! :happyb Replaced the radiator, burped her and messed with the clutch detect switch. Now I just need to make those gauges, anyone want to let me borrow their bike (or the gauges) so I can reverse engineer the beast? Seeing as I don't have the title yet I can't go report the salvage, but if I could get some "headlights" (or steal one off of my VW Beetle) I could go ride.... The 500's tomorrow: engine swap! Muahahaha.

you can have my headlights if you can make it fit and borrow the cluster gages as well if that fits
