Anybody here willing to help a newb with a CCT replacement?

My ninjer 250 is making a loud tapping sound at idle and low rpms. Doesn't sound like valve tapping. It's a deeper thud. I think It's my CCT from what I've been reading, but I don't know. It's "runs" like a champ, just loud as hell down low. I'm not so mechanically inclined, but I'm willing to learn. Anyone willing to help a brotha out?
