Military Riders Past and Present; ROLL CALL!

For all those serving in the military here on our forums or those that have served post up your branch, time in (both length and when you were in), posts you have been stationed at, MOS, rank, stateside origin, etc...

Here's my itinerary:

Branch: Army
Time in Service: little under 2 years
Post/s stationed: Camp Casey, Rep. of Korea and soon to be Ft. Riley, Kansas
MOS: 11B Infantry; looking to reclass to Psy-Ops
Rank: E4; Specialist
Stateside Origin: Pacific Northwest or North Westen WA state

MOS/NEC: 8215, Aircrew/Helo Rescue Swimmer/Gunner (NON-AW type...decided to keep my manhood intact

Stateside Origin: Not too far from here.

Deployments: Baghdad, Iraq....3 times.

I got ****ed and sent was sent to korea out of jump school... looking forward to get back to the states.

Deployments: Name it.... Libya, Achille Lauro (SP), Egypt Air, Iraq, Serbia, Bosnia, Gulf War1 Desert Fox and whatever little skirmish in between.

A LOT of 8342's on here!

Got mine back in 91-94, my first hitch in the Nav. The squadron decomissioned back in 94 (VFA-303), and I haven't done Hornets since. Good times, though.

Time in Service: 8 years active - I'm in the reserves now and it will be one year reserves Feb 17th.
Post/s stationed: HS-10, VS-41(NASNI), and VP-30(NAS JAX) - For reserves TSC 1294 (NASNI)
Rate: Anti-submarine warfare operator - Radar etc. on P-3C's<<while active. I am acoustic now as a reservist.

It's nice to see so many military people

I have found that my rate in the military has not help me as a civilian - bummer, but it was fun flying on P-3's
