45 and just to set the record straight We ain't old we just marinated, seasoned, well done and still kicking...By the way it takes a hot shower and a little sleep..and no movement the next day.....so far haven't had a full day's ride since last Aug. unfortunately so after these two days I be the first to tell my secret to quick recovery.....
