iTrader: (0) Rep Power: 2 (15) | I'm glad to hear your bike isn't totaled after all, and also glad that you didn't take any offense to my comments, since I was definitely aiming for constructive, and not insulting. I appreciate the compliments, but I will be a little modest in saying that Josh (F4i) and I know that road VERY well. Generally he's on a motard, and I'm on a sportbike, but regardless knowing all the corners is HUGE. Some people have natural talent, Josh is one of them. He's been on 2 wheels his whole life and has always been able to push the limits. When he transfered from pedals to pistons it only took a couple weeks for him to be on par with most "fast" riders. Believe it or not that was actually his first real ride on that bike. For the rest of us it takes time and practice. It definitely took a lot of practice for me to get where I am, and I still dont feel that I'm all that great. I'm glad to see you're being intelligent and mature about everything here. that tells me that you'll probably make good choices in the future and with practice you'll probably be just as skilled as anyone on that ride.

iTrader: (0) Rep Power: 2 (10) | Oh I knew you were being constructive Stink Bug. I have met you before and I remeber apologizing for being so slow one time. You had said "No worries, everyone starts somehwere". And just that gave me A LOT of encouragement to want to even learn more. I would say I am considerably better than my 1st time up there. Yeah knowing those corners is a big deal. There is this uphill lefty on 79 that I always slow way down on because of a wreck I witnessed with a Busa and a ZX-6RR. That turn had a ton of sand at the edge. LOL, I never said "never" I'm just glad my turn wasn't a bad one. Well, I leave this Sunday for 2 months but when I get back I plan on riding more. Hope to ride with again brother!
