Road Recommendation

So now that school's out I actually have time for riding

I've been hitting the 94 out to Potrero with my friend the last couple of weekends. It's fun but we're looking for other roads. Prefer technical stuff ("marked" 35mph and under curves) to open roads, would like to avoid places with harsh drops. South-east county preferred though I'm open to anything within 3/4 hour or so of freeway of University City. Any recommended roads?

Myself and my neighbor just did the Borrego Springs ride last week. It was hot, but as long as you kept moving, it was okay. We started kind of late though, so an early morning ride should be even better. There are plenty of technical twisties on that ride.

Cool link. But I've been around here a while, just mostly lurk here and there. During the school year between full-time student and full-time engineer the riding is hard to fit in but now I'm only working so I'm trying to fit in at least one good ride a week. But I'm around...just not that often ;)
