bike/toll road petition

An email I received.
I have just read and signed the online petition:

I personally agree with what this petition says, and I think you might
agree, too.

You need some education on induction loop sensors. ;)

Why should we get to use toll roads free? Just asking because I don't get it.

My 240Z gets good gas mileage, and is lighter than most cars, should I get a discounted rate? Should they charge HD riders more because their bikes are overweight pigs?
