I'm not that jazzed about the bike. I just checked the San Diego harley website to get a quick idea of the cost, base price is just under 10 grand. I'm not really sure what that includes, probably not much. One thing harley has done right is their accessory market, which is where they make most of their coin.

I like it. I've always like the Sportster 1200 line of bikes. I just don't have the spare cash to waste on a Harley. I got a bike for the reasons Mojave listed, power and handling. IF I had some disposable income I'd buy one just to have an American bike. Then I could get that leather vest I've been looking at. lol
