I'm sooo thankful for a lot lately ...

starting a new thanksgiving tradition this year, spending the day at my Girlfriends parents house, it's a pot luck thing, I'm making roast chicken pasta salad, btw she's got 6 sisters and 1 brother all have children and some grandchildren, we'll just say it's going to be a full house LOL

Sorry to be posting this so late, but Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, and I hope you all had an awesome day!
If Chris is in port for the holiday we have Thanksgiving at our house, which always results in way too much food and a really nice, laid back day. Since we have been stationed in Southern California my dad has spent the day with us.

What am I thankful for? So much. Here are a few things:
For being alive, for my husband, for the fact that my husband is healthy, for my dogs & cats, for my friends, my family, for my home, my job, and for the sportbike community. Chris & I had a rough patch in August & September with his accident and the RV fire, and we are both so thankful to everyone for all their help. We are both very lucky people. Chris & I also are so thankful to Mike (Speed) for everything he has done for us over the past few months.

Ok. Time to hit the fridge and get some left overs!!!!! :biglaugh

We made a 20 pound turkey, mashed potatoes, home made gravy, yams with marshmallows, stuffing, green bean casserole, home made bread, corn pudding, and I made two pies - one chocolate walnut and one pumpkin creme cheese..... Now THAT was good!!!! :biglaugh
I'm STILL exhausted... :laughing
