Yeah, got you.... we both have nice bikes just sitting there waiting for someone to snap them up, shouldn't be too long before they are gone.

Fred and I might go to this - when is the deadline to pay? I have a tour on the 30th and the 31st coming from corporate, but I might be able to get out of it since I found a person who wants to interact with corporate types - if I can give her enough information on our dozers, she can take it for the day.

Well...my borrowing of my Uncles truck wont work because it's a Wednesday.

If anyone has room I may need a ride...otherwise I am going to rent a truck.

Ok here's my deal. I have a competition in Washington the weekend before. If I can figure out a way to fly home on monday I'm in for sure. If I can get a few people that are willing to share gas money I'll take our 32' motorhome and my 16' car trailer. The motorhome has 3 beds and a couch, and I'm pretty sure I can fit 5-6 bikes on the trailer. Dunno if I have enough tie downs though so whoever comes may have to bring their own. I'll also load up most of my tools and we'll have a nice place to hang out and cook lunch.

Whats the estimated fuel cost on that beast Dallas?

Approx 250 miles each direction.

For a 500 mile round trip we're probably talking 50-60 gallons of gas depending on how heavy the trailer is. Worst mileage I've ever gotten was 8mpg, but I was towing both my EX500 and my 3000lb rock buggy. we'll be well under that weight even with 6 bikes. I'd figure about $200 total in gas.

Is this event open to all bikes? One of my friends rides a supermoto and may be interested if it's not limited to sportbikes.
