Sadly in the military I can not just call in sick
I'm half way considering taking leave to go. If it was only one day earlier ... I'm not out yet, but close to it lol. Maybe if there were a 50 raffle here too

If it were only one day of leave I'd be all over it. There are rules about taking leave in conjuction with liberty (labor day weekend, which ends on this particular wed...). I'm still looking into it :-D. The other problem is I have 4 days of hard drinking planned just before the track day. I'd have a whole day to sober up and drive from Havasu (spelling?) to Buttonwillow. I think it'd be fine but thats another thing throwing me for a loop ...
