Thanks Kevin! Looks like you had a pretty open day. Did they let you guys try out the new section above the Off-ramp at all?

Nope. I believe they are inviting some AFM riders to check it out and give them feedback or something like that.

Shift! is it just me or did I only hear you shift like 3-4 times around the whole lap...get more comfortable dancing on the shift lever and I promise your times will drop considerably!

Yeah I know, I needed to upshift in the sweeper and also on the front straight. I just got new -1/+2 gearing and still not used to it. Although it revs like crazy I'm not going as fast as I was with stock gearing.

I'm actually going to change to 0/+2 gearing because the current setup chops off a lot of top end.

Are you changing your gearing between tracks?

Chops off a lot of top end? Are you maxing out 6th gear Kev?

Yes, very much so. At Big Willow in 6th I was hitting the rev limiter way before the braking marker. With the new gearing the top speed is only 135mph.
