I saw that on the news and couldn't believe it. The "artist" says that it is just art that is being sold. I think it is a tool, or should I say an idea, that may actually get copied and used by people....(I don't think any people crossing the border are going to spend $200 or so on a pair of shoes...).
I totally agree that this needs to be stopped.
