Indy gets MotoGP

Well, dang. It still is not clear whether Indy will be the second U.S. Grand Prix or eventually replace Laguna Seca, but apparently the deal is done.

Lot's of people from the middle of the country are real happy. I am not.

Indy STINKS for a road course. It stinks for F1 and it will smell even worse for MotoGP. It's all about Tony George's money and established facility. GRRRR. There are a bunch of better course in the states, but they don't have the bucks or the connections to get MotoGP.

Oh, and there is squat to do in Indy besides the track. Just another piece of the mud pie I don't want to eat.

If we lose Laguna, then don't even think about riding with me for awhile. I will be dangerous.

Well, from what I remember, Laguna was a 5 year contract to begin with, so you are safe for at least 2 more years.

Contracts can be bought and sold

or not honored and have to be litigated.

They are dreaming up an improvement to the Indy Track but with out some elevation change it's going to be b-2 tha mutha-effing boring! Formula 1 US is as close to Asscar as I can stomach.

Last time I checked Indy had some walls on every corner of the speedway. How in the heck do they propose using some of the speedway while still making a large enough and fast enough motogp course?
