I suspect that was Mike Mason (no relationship) I met him awhile ago and he started MX racing when I was quitting racing MX (he was on minis) I could beat him back then but he woudl probably smoke me like a cuban now...
I do however guarantee whatever jump you saw him jump I would do it back then... But now I can jump but prefer to stay on the ground dragging new except for fun of course.

No it wasnt mike mason. I know what he looks like. It was a supermoto guy. I was talking to the people that were with him. They said he's a supermoto racer just our here having fun.

The jump was a 3 gear pinned mud pile jump. The lip was like 15 feet easy and most of it was straight up. THis guy was hitting it so crazy. No one else would even do it.

Weird not sure... I was or sometimes am a Supermoto racer but never been to Ocatillo ever... Weird.

Hi Craig,

I *think* you were the guy the old man (Bob) and I talked to when we visited Miller Motorsports Park. You were talking about BSAs...

Anyway, I took an obscene amount of photos over the weekend and started processing them. Found you in a few... Here ya go:

Thanks for the upload on the pics. Very cool indeed, it was cool speaking to you and your dad at Miller. I look like a fat pig in that one pic it makes me think a diet is in the very near future.
