All that is great but just hide your bike is the best way. If two or three guys can grab your bike and toss it in a van... It is gone. That is how these guys take sport bikes. There are scum bag racers who try to sell you parts cheap at the track when you have problems. These are the guys or at least they know the guys who break our hearts by stealing our bikes.

Another way to reduce your chances of theft is to park your bike next to a brand new expensive bike that is worth more than yours!

Just think of your bike as a 400lb. safe on caster wheels with $10K inside. Would you leave it unattended and go to the movies or enjoy recreational shopping at the mall?

Some people don't have the option of not taking their bike somewhere because it's their only source of transportation. It's best to take as many precautions as possible when you do have to ride somewhere and leave the bike parked out of your sight.
