room for rent

Hey guys and gals,
I still have one room available for rent.
It's in a five bedroom house in corona.

Why here?
Nice neighborhood!
I ride, my neighbors ride.
It's a lot cheaper than an apartment, apartments/condos suck!
Nobody is ever really home so the house stays quiet.
One room will remain empty.
There is plenty of space in common living areas (three car garage, two refridgerators in the kitchen, two living rooms).
The room is $550.00 a month.
There is a $25 discount for rent paid on time.
utilities are included.
Internet, and dish network included.
Did I mention that apartments suck?
The money you save over an apartment can pay for a new 1098, or a couple track days & tires every month, or.......you get the picture.
