I would buy it, but you have to have 7,500 miles on the bike before you can sell it used in California. If the bike has less miles, California DMV will not register it. Crappy law.

No, its registered in WA state, but miltiary are exempt from registering it in the state they are stationed in becuase of our "mobile" status.
