So can we get a confirmation on how late the gates will be open Friday? At the top of this page SPEED said we could only get in between 4:00-5:00... is that still true or will we be able to get in later since people are camping?

UPDATE: There should be an open room at Saddles West if anyone needs it. Just canceled my reservation. Non smoking with 2 beds, should be open now. Camping at the track now!

SPEED

Gates will be open at 6:30am both days. Registration will start at 6:30am both days. Tech will start at 6:30am on Saturday.

Best scenario is to get there early, get your pit set up quickly, get to registration (In the building), then over to tech with your bike & gear.

We'll have 4 people doing tech so it will move quickly while still being able to go over everything well.

Riders meeting at 7:45am-8:15am.

Parade lap 8:30am-8:45am. (Saturday only).

"A" group 1st session starts at 9:00am followed by "B" group at 9:20am, then "C" group at 9:40am. All "A" group sessions will start on the hour, "B" group sessions at 20 after the hour, and "C" group sessions at 40 after the hour.

We'll be doing a couple parade laps with all riders, then come off the track where the "A" group will line back up on the grid to start their first session. "C" group will then hit the classroom session with Johnny Rocket while "B" group prepares to go out after the "A" group.

"C" group will have special lead/follow sessions for the first 3 sessions on Saturday. They will be assigned a control rider/coach that will be available to them for the entire event for instruction.

As usual, all of our control riders will be available for instruction for the entire event.

Passing will be discussed in the riders meeting.

Lunch is from Noon - 1:00pm

All riders may drop off their stuff at the track until 8:00pm Friday night.

*Campers- You will be able to get in the gate from 4:00pm until Midnight Friday night. The gate will be closed after 6:00pm, but the guard will let you in. You will be required to sign a waiver & may be subject to a gate entry fee. There will be a fee for camping at the track, we'll figure out how many people will be camping at the track & divide the fee evenly.
