Just FYI for everyone...

You might want to go out and buy some salt and potassium pills. Pounding water out there is going to be a given, but after a bit you are going to need some salt in there or you can be doing more damage than good by drinking water. Stay hydrated!

Gatorade (sport drinks) work well for that as well.

quick Q. my arai is out of date i think. what are the requirement for helmets. im lookin at the agv stealth to wear its dot and BSI certified. is that good enough or does it have to say snell?
