Hmmmm...maybe I should post this up under "My First Trackday Experience" but instead I think it's better suited here.

First, a huge thank to Mike and his family for putting on such a great event. Thanks to their helpfulness and thoughtfulness, we were ALL taken care of.

Second, Chris (SpeedExtreme) I can't express how thankful I am that you let me monopolize your time on the track. You taught me some great lines which really allowed me to work on my form on Sunday. You are an awesome instructor!

Third, to the entire gang...Chip, Matt, Mario, Tony, Murray, Marc, Alex, Todd, James, and my own Kevin for being so encouraging and answering all my stupid questions. I must admit I felt a little discouraged on Saturday with all the information flowing in and my own inability to grasp getting "OFF" the bike. Everyone's positive attitude really helped out and on Sunday I was finally able to drop a knee and swing my butt off the bike. I took pictures of my tires and can now proudly say "I did that!" instead of "My boyfriend did that."

Fourth, to Rachel and the kids...all I can say is "Wow!" you all rock! It was a lot of work to not only prepare and serve food, but also to help in registering the riders and keeping everyone on track. The girls were a welcome relief with their wagon full of cold water and Gatorade.

There were so many smiles over the weekend, and I kept hearing "Wow, what a great motorcycle community this is. I'm so glad I belong." Everyone was truly remarkable, and I couldn't have asked for a better group for my first track experience.

P.S. I took a bunch of photos in the afternoon on Sunday and once I figure out how to post them up on a photo site, I'll provide the link. I took pictures of as many as I could, so maybe you'll find yourself there somewhere. No where near as good as Mike's (TrackNet.com), which BTW awesome pictures for an awesome rate.

THANK YOU to everyone!

Speed, the control rider crew, House of Motorcycles, and Fast 50s you all ROCK!!

Special thanks to Rachel and the kids; with out you this would have never happened!! You all went that extra mile to make it very special; the water girls and their loaded wagon bringing us refreshment in the heat of the day

Thanks to the whole gang for putting up with my sense of humor......Tony (you white devil), Chip, Gwen, Kevin, Alex, Brandon, Murray and many others that found out I'm 'That Guy' I'll say anything, it only has to be funny to me!

Looking forward to seeing you all again the track day chemistry was awesome!!

The 50 has gotten me in trouble with my elderly neighbors already............they'll live............well maybe....

Craig, you are still good to go brotha! My wife was not offended at all, she actually thought you were very entertaining, as did I. I don't know if she'll let me go to T-hill and hang out with you by myself, but I will work on that when the time comes...

(In my best Diego impersonation) We live by the taco, it is our livelyhood.

You are quite welcome. It was my pleasure assisting you. I made that comment about holding your hand before the trackday, so I guess I had to hold up my end of the deal, which is what I tried to do. Next time, I expect to see you screamin thru the turns.

This event was sooooo much fun!! Half the fun of these track days are the crazy antics that go on before, after and inbetween sessions... and we had our fair share! Haha! I had a great time hanging out and riding with all you characters. Following Matt, Chris & Diego around the the fast way was great and I learned a lot. It was cool watching Gwen and Alex improve so much!

Thanks to Mike and family for the great times and the good food. I can't wait for the next one!

Oh yeah... and "Your Mom is a pit bike!"

It was fun actually riding with you for a change Chip.

I would apoligize for putting you through the "park & sprint" litre bike drill, but I cant say that I didnt know it was you behind me...and I cant say I didnt do it on purpose.

Edit: Diego has you chasing me on video too...I cant wait to see it.
