Jan 29-30 Track Event Organizing! T-shirt Design in!

Post up here to figure out hotel accomodations, trailer situations, and other cost-saving organizations here to keep the other post specifically about the track event. Remember to include what you're trying to organize and what days you'll be there.

I'll start :laughing . I'm going both days and looking to split in on a trailer. I've been told there are 1, 2 and 4 bike trailers. I'll probably be going in a separate car and can carry all my gear. Also, worst case senario, any details on tire mounting costs at the track?

Typical Day Schedule

Just FYI on the hotel, it's $58 total per room ($50.00 special room rate + 9% tax {$4.50} + $3.50 utilities fee). Coffee makers in each room and the hotel provides coffee so you can make the 7am gate opening. The usual shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the room to steal. Room options include: 1 king, or two queens; and smoking or non-smoking. You may want to reserve one early because it is on a weekend. NOTE: You must mention Spring Mountain Track to recieve the special rate.

If up to 4 people need there bikes towed you split the trailer costs and I can haul them up with my truck with my bike in the bed.

I may have a spot for one bike on the way up. But I may be sleeping in my trailer so the spot will be taken at night.

For tires we are going to have a Dunlop race tire supplier there. The details are on the original trackday thread.

I'll be there both days of course.......

With all my photo gear I will just drive my car out, so I may have a seat open and a little room for some gear.
