It's just been recommended by a lot of folks :thumbup Motul is very good I know but the stuff is like $9/quart last time I checked, that is for the full synth stuff... too expensive dude. Mobil 1 is $4.95/qt.
And because its been used in many racing engines around the world, is hi quality, fair price, basiclly is the **** :thumbup

And try Target or (close your eyes Mike) Walmart in the auto section. I bought a 5quart jug of Mobil 1 15w 50 for $21.00
Sorry MARK, I can never close my eyes to that aweful company, they are killing the USA in ways that a lot of people have no idea.

The oil debate thing is too far over most of our heads IMHO. It's all so close anymore that it's hard to go wrong.

How much water-wetter do you put in?

The bottle says 1 oz per quart and my cooling system is 2.5 quarts...so I put about 3 oz in w/ distilled water after flushing the system a few times.

Any opinions? I've heard just put it all in...I guess more can't hurt.

No need for the whole bottle. The 3 little OZ. should be fine. I ran my 929 with that mix, and now my 600RR. You're good to go big dawg :thumbup

HA!! Just finished the entirety of prepping my bike! Got my Supercorsas swapped in today, so just had to finish snatching the tail lights and signals off, disconnecting the head lights, and doing all that fun maintenance stuff. Haad to wait last second because I commuted on it (almost) all week. I'm SO pumped. See you all there!
