iTrader: (0) Rep Power: 5 (11) | got this off another site, hope they catch the people that did this... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our white Haulmark 6'x12' enclosed race trailer owned by the Cal-Sportbike TrackXperience riding school was stolen from the parking lot of Cal-Sportbike's retail shop in Wrightwood, California. The trailer contained all of Cal-Sportbike's operational equipment necessary for running our school events and the Tracstar Challenge certification program as well as a 2004 Triumph Daytona 600 motorcycle. A Cal-Sportbike shop customer found the trailer abandoned and empty on Big Pines Highway (toward Palmdale) the next morning and a case was filed with San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department (#070600999). The trailer was also damaged and is currently non-operational. The motorcycle (red in color) is owned by Triumph USA and is a non-plated track bike (VIN number SMT810G274J196060). It is stock except for having black taped over lights, a Nissin radial master cylinder with silver stainless brake lines, and the start/kill switch is zip tied to the Right side of the triple clamp. It has silver die cut "Cal-Sportbike" decals on the tail cowl. Anyone seeing this motorcycle in the Palmdale/Lancaster or SoCal area (or at a WSIR track events) should call the San Bernardino County Sheriff's department at 800-78-CRIME or Cal-Sportbike TrackXperience at 800-930-8520 extension 81. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The way that we feel about this coming date is that we would just not be able to run the event the way it should be conducted...namely rolling out the whole level one school and Tracstar certification program in anything close to the way it was designed to operate. Without all of our equipment to run the new Tracstar program and school and the short lead time, it would not be fair to the riders that signed up with us for a season opener event. Registered riders have all been contacted with either carry-over credits or refunds. If you are registered and did not receive an email, we will be contacting you by phone to notify you of this issue. Once again, on behalf of everyone at CSTX, I would like to thank you for your understanding on this matter as we regroup and rebuild our infrastructure quickly, and we truly hope that you will continue to join us at our other events either at Thunderhill (6/20) or Buttonwillow (5/13-14) for NorCal riders, or our very next event at Spring Mountain (Pahrump) 4/29-30.
