Well my second time at the track was tons of fun. My last track day was last month at big willow and some how I was still in that mind set of fast sweeping turns. As some of you know SOW is not that! I soon found my self feeling quite ragged during the first session running wide on turn 3 and the bowl.

I backed off, scoped things out and got into the groove of things and the whole day changed. I got a chance to ride w/a buddy of mine which made the day a blast as we are pretty equal in terms of riding experiance and dicing it out w/him was great.

I was pretty happy about riding that track again because it really teaches you about braking and flicking your bike from left to right, the track is a total work out and your concentration can't lapse or you'll be on the dirt in no time.

The day was hosted by MTC which runs a descent track day w/no frills but plenty of riding time.

I'll I've been thinking about is what track day I'm doing next :clapping
