Buttonwillow - Feb 19th (Presidents Day)

Mark, Matt and I were talking about going to The Track Club's Buttonwillow day on Feb 19th. Who's down?

Looks like they're running the AFM configuration. Backwards and using the drag strip (bypassing Lost Hills

). Sunday is sold out but Monday (Presidents' Day) is still wide open. Price is $150.

We should definitely split a garage. As soon as I find out if I can get that day off (should be today) I'll call Buttonwillow and reserve a garage. I think it's still $50 per day and we've fit up to 6 bikes in one of those garages pretty easily.

Just confirmed, we're not closed that day... but my boss said it wouldn't be a problem to get the day off so I'm IN!

Any idea on hotel costs?

I think we (Chip and I) paid around $50-55 bucks when we were up there in October for a room for the night. Get a couple of people to crash on the floor to split the cost up more.

There's a local hotel that offering $50 a night to riders...one of the guys here at work told me about it. I'll find out more and let you know.
