Off point he thread jacked by posting up that he couldn't wait for a trackday at buttonwillow which had absolutely nothing to do with my thread. I was irritated with the fact that this board has quite the tendency to go off topic all the time and I didn't want that.

On another note, I AM signed up for April 8th with zoomzoom trackdays and am contemplating the 10th as well? Bueller? anyone interested in joining me on the 10th?

Sears Point, yes it will always be that to me, was once in my back yard (stationed at Mare Island NSY) but I never had a big enough pair to do anything other than be a fan and the occasional drag racing Wednesday night grudge match. I'd love to go but need to save the scrill to do it right (the girly would need a weekend at the spa's in Calistoga and I would need some Vino). I'll keep checking track dates hoping something will work out.

All I have to say is you guys MISSED OUT!

The weather was perfect with highs in upper 70's, sunny clear skies and the track surface was nice and warm and clean. The track itself...FIRST class facilities. Clean restrooms (with showers!), very large paddock. The track itself, well without a doubt my FAVORITE track no questions asked. Very challenging and flows incredibly well. You have to ride it to understand.

I'm going up on April 8th again and there are some spots available, some of you ought to sign up with zoomzoom! It's gonna be a freakin blast!

Sounds like a blast!!! Once I get the R6 put back together I'd like to do a day up there!!!
