I'll have to check and see for sure exactly how many people are coming so far, but as long as there's room I have no problem with tagalongs.

Default track day ride up

Alex,

Thanks for the your nice offer but I am going to pass. I checked the bike requirements and it turns out I am not enough of a track man to do the radiator fluid. Actually, I don't work on my bike as I have no skills in this area so I would have to take the bike to my mechanic before and after the track to change the fluid and that would involve a lot of time and more money than I care to spend.

I have gone to the Willow Springs track with the Red Hot Riders more than several times and we do not have to change out the fluid for that track.

i will remove my posting from the forum right away.

Thanks again,

Malcolm

I second that.

I just flushed my radiator for the first time last week. We have enough watter wetter to do 3 or 4 more bikes so we've got you covered dude.

Just let us know and we can help out whenever.

Seriously an hour or two after we get the fairings off we'll have you all set.

One thing you'll notice about us is that we're all a big family and everyone helps everyone out so dont be afraid to ask.

On the subject of coolant changes, has anyone heard of any ill effects to running water/water wetter? I planned on simply leaving it in after the track as I didn't see any reason to change back to the green stuff. The bike seems to run slightly cooler, and I dont live in an area that gets the least bit cold. Any reason to switch back?

BTW, Malcolm if Matt or Alex didn't already get you set up you're more than welcome to come over to my shop to do it anytime we're over there. We did Alex's bike last week and mine right before that. We'll probably be prepping more than one bike right before leaving for the track.
