Damn, 3 hours thats alot of footage.... is your camera setup just for your bike or is it a regular camera that you put on your tank? I'm thinking about getting one just dont know which to get.

Yeah, 3 hrs is a ton of footage. I hope I get to ride with you gusys again it was just so cool to be in a "battle" with someone who was bascally as fast if not faster than I was. Thanks for the compliments.

Motorcycle And Sport Bike Camera Mounts - San Carlos, California - SportBikeCam.com <--Buy a mount there for your bike. The mount goes right into the tripod hole on the camera.

Then just pick a camera you can afford. You want a DV tape camera, and one that has a video input for a helmet camera if you find someone with one or want one. You can also use the helmet cam for rear mount. If you buy a nice enough one, you can also get different lenses that do wide angle, etc... Mine was brand new for 99$ off ebay. It's not great but I couldn't pass the deal up. If you can afford the nicer 500$ range ones they take seriously good video.

THat link takes you to the main page where SBW track day is listed. And, BTW, I believe Mike took down the pics from our event to make room for more pictures from another trackday upcoming. Not for sure though, but last time I tried to see them, they were not available.
