Default Streets of Willow June11th Trackday

Got some pics of the HOM trackday.

It was a good day. Had one guy in our pit lowside at the bus stop, bike and rider in very good condition but radiator sprung a leak, his day didnt last long. But all in all, was a very good day. Had tons-o-fun and it wasnt that hot.

Everybody enjoyed themselves in our pit. Cant say the same for some in the street/intermediate groups. It was a crashfest. Nobody seriously injured. I think the guy that was unconscious in turn 3 turned out okay.

I want to do the big track next!!!

Hope you enjoy the pics. If not, dont be a hater...just keep moving.

This was my first track day and although I have 20 years of constant riding experience I chose the C group. Most of the people I went with ran in the A or B group and all were telling me to run B. I'm glad I went with the beginners.I learned quite a bit about my bike and myself and may run beginner sessions again on my next t-day. I noticed that the B group had more incidents than either A or C. Is this common???

Late...

That's a very interesting observation. I didnt do the math on that one...

Its funny, you can give advice to A group guys and they welcome it, but you cant tell a B grouper jacksh1t. They already know everything.

I have moved myself to "C" rather than stay in "B". My mad skillz just weren't up to "B" level.

Look forward to seeing the rest. I kept wanting to see longer shots then it would cut away.
