Default Do You Rent?

:headscratch I thought I would post this up in the hopes of helping people out who are renting because they can't qualify to buy a home or condo on their own.

My boss, Barbara Donovan, has a new company that I am working with her on, that will put together two or even three buyers, as tenants in common, to purchase a home, each receiving the benefits of being a homeowner. :dance (There are so many benefits to being a homeowner...from deductible property taxes & interest, yearly home appreciation, borrowing against equity, etc.) :2cents :thumbup

The web address of Barbara's company is www.EHomePartners.com

If you know of someone who may benefit from this program, please pass this info along! :secret

Feel free to send me a PM, or call Barbara direct at 760-815-7575, if you are interested in more information.

Borrowing against equity?

Just curious, but if my house was $335,000 and I put down $80,000 up front, does this automatically put equity into my house, or is this earned after purchase through upgrades?

Just curious, as this is my first home? thanks.

Lloyd

We are in a real estate bubble. These prices will come down when interest rates go up which they will most certainly within a year. I think those who buy now could very well be upside down.
