Default Can I? Can I? Start our own 2006 Darwin Awards List?
I read the paper a lot, so I get wind of a lot of stupid stuff. Here's my first one for 2006.

1. Man pissed off at his neighbor sets his own house on fire and kills himself. He was trying to make homemade firebombs.

2. This one is honorable mention. Man catches live mouse and tries to dispose of it by throwing it into the burn pile. Mouse says "Hot! Hot! Hot!" and shoots out of the fire, into the house and burns the house down.

Anyone else got any nominees?

Wait, how did you find out #2 is false? Did the guy lie because he was trying to get insurance money? Was it in the paper?

Well, there are a few things that get him nominated.

1. Filing off his VIN #
2. Riding without a helmet
3. Broadcasting his stupidity on the Internet

If he keeps it up, he may get an "Official" Darwin Award.
