iTrader: (0) Rep Power: 7 (22) | Chris & I just watched "Yours, Mine & Ours". It is a really cute movie that has a lot of Coast Guard stuff in it. (It is great for adults and young kids.) It is so rare that the Coast Guard gets any movie time or recognition of any kind. In this movie, the dad is an Admiral in the Coast Guard. The 378 foot ship that is referred to in the movie is actually based in real life out of San Francisco. Chris was on a 378 foot ship here in San Diego for 4 years (God the schedule was HORRIBLE! We are finally transferring off this ship, as of TODAY!!!!).The Coast Guard Academy in Conn. is an amazing school. My dad went to it, as did Chris's brother and sister-in- law (Chris's brother and sister-in-law actually taught there as well). Anyway, to all you movie buffs looking for a "feel good" movie to watch that is great for all ages, rent "Yours, Mine & Ours"! Deb
