Default My kind of trackday transportation

I wouldn't call it beautiful, but it's modern enough. It's not a manly pickup, let alone lifted ones, and yes, I'm aware of the rollerblading joke. And it's French. But...

1. It'd fit in my garage with 5 bikes
2. It doesn't have leaf springs and drives like a car during everyday commute.
3. Arguably it looks way sharper than "compact" Japanese pickups (primarily Tacoma) with all their exaggerated "ruggedness".
4. The interior has stylish controls designed to operating with bare hands, not cheap oversized dials to grab in [manure-covered] work gloves.

So what do you think? GMC once had a similar concept (sliding roof), but I think it belongs on the vehicle that size. Kangoo is and always been ugly, but do you like the idea in general? Something the size of the Element, lower, and relatively upscale without "rugged" exterior and "washable" interior you're supposed to cover with dirt, manure, puke, etc. An adult MPV.

Rear facing rear seats. Doesn't seem to be very suited for holding a converstation during the ride.

Do you mean you'd like this to get around on track days?

I think it'd hold a bike with the tailgate open; And can be a daily driver too. No 4-seat pickup truck would fit in my garage currently.

that overhead view is probably as open as it gets. looks unlikely to fit a bike with tailgate open.

I've seen a 600cc bike fit in one of these before, but it's slightly bigger than the Renault though.
