| Spammer | My girlfriend wants to get into riding and I think an R1 is a bit much for her :lmao I'm looking for any decent 250 / 500cc starter bike... but I'd LOVE to get an Aprilia RS250. Not that I'd track it or anything... :biglaugh Anyways, I'll keep my eye out on this thread. |

iTrader: (0) Rep Power: 6 (56) | I may be selling my 2003 Ninja 500R this summer, if I can find a used ZX-6R or F3 for sale in my price range. If you are still looking then, let me know. It's a great starter bike, and was my first. |

| Newbie | I've got a better idea, instead of buying her a nice new modern 600 (which she WILL mess up) why not get her a true starter bike? I'm selling my 90 Fzr 600 for cheap (I have to clear it out to buy suspension/crap for my racebike) Heres the straight divvy. It needs a new battery, but other than that it runs like a champ. Tires are pretty darn good (Bt-014's best you can get for the size wheel) and she has alot of life in her. If your interested PM me. I'd rather not post how much I want for her (Believe me its dirt cheep way less that I should be selling it) because I hate getting a bunch of crap u2u's from people who are barely interested. You'd be plesantly suprised at what a older 600 is still capable of in the right hands, I never had to much trouble keeping up with very quick riders on modern 600s and 1000's. I could'nt imigane a better bike for myself to have started on, mabye it can train another newbie. |
