Default Another dude with a mid life crisis

Hello all. Iam a newbe to bikes. 42 years old and picked up a CBR a few months back. Cant belive I waited so long. Looking forward to lots of riding this summer.

Welcome to the site. Just make sure this motorcycle purchase isn't your end of life crisis and everything is cool. I too wish I would have started riding a LONG time ago.

LOL on the Brrrrrr....Yes we only get about 3 months of good riding a year. June thru august and if your lucky we get a little warm weather in September then pull the battery and stuff it in the shed til next year. I purchased the bike in april and it was about 38 deg the day I test drove it. Being from Minnesota its only natural that I am heavy into sleds(snowmobiles)Been riding them for about 30 years and there pretty damb fast to. Guess I just needed a bike to get me through the summer til sled season returns. Glad I bought it. FUN!

LOL, I spent part of my childhood in Wisconsin. I remember the snow (woohoo for school closures due to heavy snow), and getting to sled and ride on snowmobiles. Well, all I can say is since you have such a short time for riding weather get off the Internet and ride!
